Dawn is an independently-run teaching site publishing lessons on programming and economics, alongside a Services section describing freelance/consulting work its founder takes on separately. It is not a registered company at this time - it is one person's writing and work, published openly.
Everything you read here is free to read and use for your own learning. You're welcome to link to lessons, quote short passages with attribution, or reference them in your own notes. Please don't republish whole lessons elsewhere, or present them as your own work, without asking first.
The lesson content, the Dawn name, and the logo are the founder's own work and property. Nothing here grants you a license to use the Dawn name or brand mark for your own project. Code samples shown in lessons are free to use in your own work unless a lesson says otherwise.
Lessons in the Economics track explain concepts and how they show up in real work - they are educational material, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Don't make financial decisions based solely on something you read here without doing your own research or talking to a qualified professional.
Some lessons or pages may link to external sites (documentation, tools, further reading). Dawn doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave.
Use the site the way it's meant to be used: reading, learning, and getting in touch if you want to work together. Don't attempt to disrupt the site (for example, deliberately flooding it with requests), scrape it at a scale beyond normal browsing, or attempt to access anything behind the admin login without authorization. Access may be restricted for anyone doing this.
The Services section and contact form are for reaching out about freelance development, AI integration, or tutoring work. Sending a message through them is an inquiry, not a contract - actual engagements (scope, pricing, timeline) are agreed separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Content is provided "as is." Best effort is made to keep it accurate and up to date, but mistakes happen - if you spot one, a message is always welcome. The site may change, be reorganized, or go offline without notice; there's no guarantee of continuous availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, where Dawn is operated from, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
